Nursing Care

We provide a high level of care to seniors who can no longer manage their needs due to chronic conditions, limited mobility, or who require assistance during recovery from an accident, surgery, or serious illness.

At Hillcrest Manor, nursing care services include: physical, occupational and speech therapy, wound care, catheter care, monitoring of vital signs, and the use of medical equipment to support the resident's care needs such as hoyer lift, oxygen machine and feeding tube.

Our nursing care is provided under direct supervision of licensed healthcare professionals such as physicians, nurses, and therapists.

Hospice Care

Here at Hillcrest Manor, residents can age in place. During the difficult and stressful transition to hospice care, we provide unwavering support and guidance to our residents and their loved ones, ensuring that they never feel alone.

Our team is dedicated to helping you choose the most appropriate hospice care plan for your loved one, providing clarity and assistance every step of the way. Hospice services are provided by a team of professionals including, physicians, nurses, hospice aids, social workers, and spiritual care staff.

Short-Term Respite Care

Our welcoming community and professional services make us an excellent choice for elderly individuals seeking respite care after a surgery or medical issue, desiring to provide their personal caregivers a break, or looking to explore the benefits of assisted living.

Hillcrest Manor - Private Rooms

We offer six private rooms in a licensed home-like setting where residents can feel the sense of belonging, comfortable and happy. Our rooms are fully furnished, equipped with hospital beds, smart TVs and radios, and access to WiFi high speed internet.
